Caring and attentive environment. Safe space to heal with multiple options for therapy. They provided me with plenty of information and resources for plans of care. All of my questions and concerns were answered promptly and clearly. There is an obvious genuine care and concern for clients from all staff.

The facility is amazing. The staff genuinely cares about the patients. Some of the aspects which make this treatment center so unique are the movie theater, massages, TVs in every room, professionally educated chefs, pool tables, ping pong table, etc. But, the best part about this place is the staff. They genuinely care about your recovery and go above and beyond to help the patients learn to live a life of sobriety.
RAC is a first-class facility with a great staff from the top directors to the knowledgeable technicians and exceptional medical care from a very educated and caring team. I spent time on 2 occasions just a few weeks apart as I had a relapse and will say if it wasn’t for the caring people who follow up with you upon discharge I would not be alive today.

I didn’t have high expectations coming here. Never been to treatment. This place is the “Hilton”! They are for you and they care. So far it’s worked for me as I chose to come here on my own for depression and substance abuse.

RAC is a great drug and alcohol detox/rehabilitation facility. The facilities, along with the staff, are none other than top notch when it comes to making your detox and time in early recovery as comfortable as possible both mentally and physically. I would definitely recommend RAC as the place to go when in need of help from struggling with addiction.

The staff genuinely cares for your care here and about your after-treatment plan. The amazing Alumni director, Ally, will do everything she can to set you up with a fellowship outside of here of fellow addicts who have been through RAC as well. It’s definitely the place to be to get help if you truly want it and need it.

Full-time medical staff, 5-star chefs, Tempurpedic mattresses, some of the best therapists ever, and case managers. The techs are kind and caring and will help you along the way. Please seek help here when you are ready.
As a volunteer, I can not praise this place enough. From the wonderful staff, the staff to client care, and how individualized the treatment is. I love getting to volunteer here and be a small part of the work they do here. 10/10 recommend this place for your family, friends, and loved ones who are struggling.

For being in rehab my first time this place is super helpful and greeted me with open arms. They have amazing staff that actually want to help you in your recovery and have been through recovery themselves so they really understand what you’re going through and help you out in anyway that they can so you can succeed. They have a great facility as well. Everything is clean and they even have a chef that cooks your meals, copper tubs to help get out the toxins, and even a message therapist and kick box trainer that comes in regularly. Overall I’ve enjoyed my time here and I’m thankful to be in recovery at this facility.
Upon saying that I would like to go to rehab the receptionist were very professional as well as knowledgeable as to what they offer I felt a warm acceptance from the very start the staff is out of this world the food undeniably delicious this place is the place to be if you want a healthy recovery the nurses are so loving as well definitely a great place.
In my eleven years of sobriety, I have spent ten of them working in the field of addiction. Each of the facilities that I worked for all had their special qualities and Uniqueness about them. However, I do have to say RAC is by far the best company I have ever worked for. The Staff are amazing and the culture is set in a therapeutic environment. I’ve been really well taken care of the food is great. I’ve detoxed at home and it was miserable I’m so glad I had a comfortable detox here at RAC, I feel better than I have in such a long long time.
This place (RAC) got me off of 80 mgs methadone (10 yrs) and Xanax 3mgs (8yrs). I never thought it was possible. I have become walking proof that no one is hopeless. I owe my life to this place!

This was my first time going to a rehab facility and it will be my last, thanks to the beautiful staff and clients at this place. They really care about your addiction and give you the tools to go forward in life drug and alcohol free! Haven’t been sober in over 13 years but now I am and I’m going to stay that way. RAC center has been an amazing experience towards my recovery. I have been to several treatment centers in the past, but this one is by far the best experience all the way around. From food, cleanliness, staff, rooms, beds, etc. This place is amazing! Big shout out to my case manager Suzy Fair. She went above and beyond my expectations to help me with anything I needed. The entire staff are the most genuine, loving, and caring people I have ever met. I would highly recommend this place if you are struggling with addiction in any way. The Family Services Program is unlike anything I have ever experienced. The director of this program is very passionate about educating and helping both the client and their families find long term recovery… The support and community I have found within this program is something I will be forever grateful for.

The easiest most comfortable detox you’ll ever have to do. That can also be your last detox with the tools the clinical team leaves you with. Gourmet food for healthy meals and cookies at night! Yoga and kickboxing to spice it up!

I did my Mental health clinical at this center. From day one, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The nurses and staff were very educational in helping me learn. I saw firsthand how they treated their clients with the utmost caring behavior, and they treated them like family. The facility is beautiful, clean, and professional. We even met James Sweasy and Todd Sharp. Hearing their stories and how much they want to help others is fascinating. I want to thank them and Alex and Kendra for this experience personally. I recommend anyone needing help to come here; you won’t regret it.

I could not be more grateful to this organization for all they have done for me. I spent 10+ years in a pretty much constant state of alcoholism and addiction. They did not cure me, as that is not possible, but they provided me with the support and tools necessary for me to find hope again. I am confident that as long as I utilize the tools and support network they gave me, I can stay sober. It is not an exaggeration, and may even be an understatement to say they saved my life. They also helped spare my family and friends from additional pain my alcoholism and addiction could have caused. I would recommend this program 1000%. There is nothing more important than your health and life. Make sure to ask for help, your life depends on it.
The staff are amazing and caring. The amenities are a plus but the best part is the staff being authentic, supportive, and helpful. I received care for my mental health that I wouldn’t have been able to receive at any other facility in the area. RAC saved my life.

Upon coming here you will feel anxious and worried about where you’re going and what you’re getting into. However, you will be more than pleasantly surprised because the staff and other residents are great, and the education you will get is outstanding and helpful. Great place to detox. I was worried it would be uncomfortable but they got a great medical staff on sight 24/7.

Amazing faculty and facility. They show the utmost respect and care. I have never been treated better in any other rehab program. They have massages, copper baths, foam mattresses, and TVs equipped with youtube, Hulu, Netflix, etc. I can’t even begin to explain how awesome this place is, or how much they truly care. If you go, ask for a Sweazy or Brian talk lol. Incredible place. They still reach out to me. If you’re in question and are suffering from a drug or alcohol addiction GO. You won’t regret it.

RAC is an amazing recovery center for those struggling with alcohol/drug addiction. The staff is quick to handle any needs/wants the client has and the cafeteria is headed by a 5-star chef who delivers awesome scratch-made meals. Rooms are very comfortable with TVs and brand-new memory foam mattresses. The staff is truly amazing. I couldn’t have picked a better facility to come to, to get help and become sober. there is no judgment, opening up in groups is easily done. I have no complaints and I highly recommend this to anyone that is struggling with addiction.

I actually went to RAC. Dec to Jan, 2 or 3 weeks after opening. I can honestly say the people there truly care about you. They still call and text me checking in on me. Most people working there have been through it. Massages twice a week, meditation, baths, etc they have it all. Food is better than anywhere else you can get. The place is clean. TV in the room. Temp beds. Thanks to Brian and everyone else!

This is a place you want to come to if you are struggling with substance abuse or alcohol. The first phone call you make will be answered and the people on the other end want what’s best for you. It was an easy choice for me to pick RAC as the level of care and attention to detail for each client is top-notch. From the techs and the. Intake team, to the nurses and administration that takes your case, you will not find a better place for recovery than RAC. From continuous group work, the big book, and SMART recovery, they have many avenues to complete your goals. Unlike other centers, RAC also has many ways to keep the client busy, such as pool, ping pong, Netflix, and youtube. RAC is in the top of my books for recommendations to anyone suffering from alcohol or drug addiction. There loving and caring staff will quickly make you feel at home. They give you great knowledge to further your sobriety after the program. Lastly, they have an alumni program with the best alumni directors across the land. They set up events meetings and more to stay involved in your life and give opportunity for you to stay involved with people in recovery.

I am currently a patient at RAC and I have had a great experience here. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. 98% of the staff is sober, and each has an incredible story to tell. I felt very inspired to hear the stories of those who have walked the path and held some time in recovery. The facility is very up-to-date, and very nice. I have made connections and found support in my fellows. Lastly, they help connect you with aftercare to help you further your treatment. I chose a sober living house that is well structured. I highly recommend this place. If you truly want to get sober this is the place to go.

The RAC has been a great help to me. The detox process was great and staff was very attentive during this time. After 7 days I was moved to residential side where you have more opportunities to continue treatment. They provide great information and most of the staff is in recovery, so they understand what I was going through. I traveled all the way from Washington DC for this program. They have you best interest and will provide you with continued opportunities upon completion. Big shout outs to Erica, Maggie, Matty, James, Cody, Brian Jess on Kristi and the whole nursing staff for treating me with respect and concern. My therapist( Katie) and case worker( Suzy) were my advocates during my stay and did a great job. Allie the alumni coordinator will help keep you connected with the friends you made during this process. A big thanks for Big E for always getting me answers and options. I would highly recommend Robert Alexander Center if you are looking to get help and start a better life.

This place was better than any treatment facility I have ever been. The staff was great, I could tell they all truly cared instead of treating this as a paycheck. The groups were very informative and different than basic treatment information, I got valuable information from every group that I hadn’t heard before. Also the place was so fun! We could play pool, ping pong, corn hole, basketball and there were weekly tournaments. Highly, highly recommend this place literally zero complaints.

The staff is absolutely incredible, you won’t find another place on earth like RAC. They truly care about your loved one and take the recovery process to a whole other level.
I left my loved one at the door of this incredible facility, but somehow my anger, resentment, fear, and anxiety traveled right back home with me. I was managing finances, child care, career, domestic responsibilities, healthcare, and of course, my loved one. I had no idea how completely CONSUMED I had become. I repeatedly tried Al-anon, but it just wasn’t enough. I desperately needed education and guidance. I needed accountability… and the amazing Alaina Phelps found me just in time. “I’m not here for your loved one in recovery, I’m here for you.” Thanks to the incredible family services program at RAC, not only is my loved one reaching 6 months of sobriety, but our FAMILY continues to heal. Regardless of the future, our lives are infinitely better because of the ONGOING education, guidance, and care that RAC provides.

Learning that our 22-year-old son was struggling with a drug addiction devastated our family. As he reached out to us for help, I had one day to figure out what rehab center would be the absolute best for him. I believe God directed us to the Robert Alexander Recovery Center in Mt. Washington for many reasons. As they say, this disease affects the entire family. I will forever be grateful for the phone call I received from Alaina Phelps inviting me to join the online family support group that meets every Thursday. The family support group through RAC has provided me with beneficial education on the disease of addiction. I have also gained valuable insight into my role as a family member of a loved one with addiction. Today, I am working on healing, finding peace, and becoming a better version of myself so that I can help and support my loved one in the best way possible. The family support group provided me with a safe space that is non-judgmental to share my story and pain. Alaina and Natasha are experts in the field and I will forever be grateful for their support as they walk this journey alongside me.
I believe the detox was excellent.. but case management needed work.. the staff was extremely helpful and the people like me was understanding the best part was around my own kind…lots of good people…07/27/2022 is my date the day where it all ended and my life began…

I had a comfortable detox 30 days went by fast I love the whole staff they made me feel like family Mattie, James and Maggie, Lindsey, Eric, Cody, Jeanetta, Erica, and Frank all the nurses are really nice and a judgement free zone.

I absolutely LOVED RAC, and all of the staff. I was absolutely terrified to go to rehab. But it has been such a warm and welcoming experience. Starting with my detox, all of the staff and nurses made sure of it my needs were met. The ARPN has been a God send. She makes sure you’re comfortable. Every single tech proved to me that they truly care about my recovery on a daily basis. All of the meals were prepared and served by top-of-the-line chefs, and were beyond delicious. The memory foam beds allowed for a most comfortable place to retire at the end of the day. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place.

The Robert Alexander Center is a wonderful place to recover from drugs and alcohol the detox portion of my recovery here was amazing I felt comfortable at all times. When I moved over to the residential side the group therapy and the individual therapy both did wonders for my self confidence and self worth.
